We lend the benefit of expertise; our team is reliable and dependable. It's called exercise efficiency.” Dave Parise CPT FPTA MES 203-288-8822 Awards? NO! I love the rewards my clients receive from the benefits we provide. • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Since 1990, the International Association of Fitness Professionals has approved and recommended the RP exercise program for its service, client motivation and results. We won the "Service Intensity Award". The personal trainers at RP have degrees in exercise science and are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, The American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. And a Medical Advisory Board supports the facility with physicians specializing in such practices as orthopedics, endocrinology, cardiology, chiropractics, physical therapy, and massage and a registered dietetic technician. Clients complete a self-assessment questionnaire that asks a range of information on various activities, health and diets. The questions alone are a helpful reminder of the many activities a well-balanced individual conducts. Questions also help individuals look at their efforts and behaviors in such functions with "fresh eyes." Completed questionnaires can be kept by the individual and used as a private benchmark tool. Or, they can be submitted to RP for professional analysis and confidential comparison within our RP Advisory Board Committee. Clients receive objective feedback that otherwise would need to be researched and developed. RP has helped individuals in all walks of life understand the variables that affect their performance. Unquestionably, it works. Many have commented, "It's like a road map. We knew where we wanted to go, but RP provided the direction." Many of the best minds in the professional health and fitness business give generously of their time to provide RP with guidance. When asked, they rise to the challenge, serving on our Medical Advisory Board and providing hands-on consulting through committee work, attending working retreats and seminars throughout the year, and lending us an ear. Their thoughts, their voices, and their energy—all provide greater, more meaningful leadership to our staff and trainers. Sometime their thinking inspires us with a broader vision; sometimes it reminds us of what it's like to be our clients. Whatever the issues at hand, their expertise in their profession and in all the various functions keep RP in step with the needs and issues of today's health and fitness industry. RP friends and associates who may not currently be on our Advisory Board, but have served in the past supplement active board members. They sit on our committees and, like their "official" peers, provide the insight and direction needed to run RP in such vital areas as: • Cardiology • Chiropractics • Cholesterol • Diabetes • Education • Exercise Physiology • Heart Disease Prevention/Recovery • Hypertension • Massage Therapy • Neurology • Nutrition • Orthopedics • Personal Training • Resistance Training • Sports Medicine • Weight Management Lasting value: It's what drives RP as an organization. And it's what drives our approach to personalized health and fitness programs. As a business that trains and educates its clients, our interest lies beyond completing the next training session or even retaining a client. We're committed to the long-term health and well being of our clients. We enter personalized training assignments with a broad service perspective—that of ensuring our clients will be stronger and healthier years from now than they are today. This leads us to listen carefully to our clients, so we can pinpoint the real concerns and provide a genuine solution, not a bandaged quick fix. Our point? We focus on finding our client's real concerns, then matching them to a fitness program that can best generate the solution. When someone hires a personal trainer at RP, they're hiring RP. We take that very seriously. We deliver the best expertise our industry has to offer. That's our message to our clients, many supporters and board members, who make it possible for RP to provide such a wide variety of services to our clients. Day in and day out, we provide the unsurpassed one-on-one attention our clients deserve. Thank you.
