Wow! I was truly impressed with how quickly he got the job done. Turns out he needed additional parts, so he explained to me what the problem with the toilets were, he went out to get the parts, returned and fixed BOTH toilets in under an hour. He was professional, polite, kind, and extremely affordable. I explained to him that I am a new home owner and have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve been trying to renovate this house by myself. He congratulated me then took time to give me valuable advice that I will forever be grateful for as I continue to learn all it takes to own a home!
