- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair compared to the competition and I do not sacrifice quality. As my slogan says, “Quality Inspections...Quality Reports.” My Inspections are very detailed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining the inspection process and answering all questions customers have. All inspections are completed according to the Connecticut Standards of Practice for Home Inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classroom as well as on site training. The person who trained me has 50 years of experience inspecting houses. I am also fully licensed by the state of Connecticut.
