We recently moved into a new house and the landscaping across the entire property was overgrown, crowded, and quite frankly just looked messy. Zack and his team were able to come in and completely refresh the property in less than 2 days. It is incredible how much better the property now looks and we will absolutely be using them again in the Spring when we consider additions to our newly improved landscaping. Couldn't be happier!

Zach knew I needed to get my house on the market and charged a premium. Fine, he gets good reviews and I hoped for the best. I gave a list of things to do and photos. I didn’t say anything about the back yard flower beds because they were fine enough. I explicitly said not to mess with the pollinator garden. They trampled the irises in the back flower beds and tore out the pollinator garden. Zach send me pics, seems shocked that I’m not pleased and proceeds to tell me this is what buyers want - completely disregarding that it’s not what his paying customer wanted. I’ve bought over a dozen houses and currently own 5. I don’t need a company doing a bad job and mansplaining about what buyers want. I give two stars because they did a very nice job trimming back the trees and bushes. So if you want someone to trim trees, these are your people. If you want someone who listens to the customer and owns up when they screw up, look elsewhere.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any trimming/removal job will come with a dumping fee as we as business owners have to pay to dump the brush. Tax is calculated and included at the end of original price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we communicate over text, call, email, or social media to set up a date to meet up at their property. Once the quote is done, we can either give them a price on the spot or get back ti then shorty after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have college degrees but they are nit in a relates field. That said, we have both learned by working with other large landscaping companies
