- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical sequence usually starts with a customer deciding what type of work they want to do, then we can move to the introduction of who we are and what sets us apart the competition. A scope of work is discussed. A budget is established if the customer is not going through their insurance. After our agreements a Work Authorization is signed then we proceed with the work and have it reviewed by the customer before our completion form is signed to ensure satisfactory work is done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have 20+ years experience in the Restoration an Remediation industry covering all facets of the industries top sectors such as mold, water, fire and bio cleanup. We have successfully completed thousands of jobs and met many new people in the process I don't think we could see ourselves doing anything else! Customer service is out top priority!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide range of clients, from the "laid back and happy to let me run the show" to the "micromanagers" that just want to ensure you're doing what your suppose to do. All in all with every type of customer we deal with satisfaction is always guaranteed with any service we provide.
