Izzy is a great trainer! After one small group training with her, I was hooked! I sought out her classes each week. She takes the time to explain each movement, how to increase or decrease difficulty level, and proper form. I felt comfortable asking questions and she would immediately be by my side to help with form. She constantly has a smile on her face, a great attitude and motivates constantly! Highly recommend training with Izzy!!

Pricing is based on my experience and expertise in the fitness industry. I have worked with dozens of clients to help them reach their goals and change their lives forever. My pricing is the cost of my professional services per hour; total costs will include taxes and any additional fees if applicable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical profess for working with a new client is to get to know them, understand what change they want to make and why they want to make it. Knowing the why is the most valuable part of making a lifestyle or behavior change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, post rehab specialist, arthritis specialist, and functional aging specialist. I keep all my certs up to date and follow up with continuing education to keep on top of new information in my field.
