Our roof was filthy and had black streaks, and the side of our house was covered in green moss. Shawn and his son worked approximately seven hours until they got the job done. Here are a couple of before and after photos of the roof.

Shawn was punctual and responsive, I appreciated the fact that when he realized that he had double booked himself, he communicated with me immediately and rescheduled at a time that worked for both of us. he did a good job cleaning the vinyl siding of my house and the deck/patio, I definitely could see the difference. The only dent to this review are as follows: 1. the bleach/chemical in the solution used to power wash the windows was incredibly strong, the smell stayed in my bedroom into the next day. 2. I asked him if I should move my brand new deck furniture that had just been assembled the day before, he said I didn't need to and that he'd wash around it. However, when he was done, he didn't rinse the furniture off. The solution he used left spots all over. Fortunately for me, the gentleman who came to clean my windows used soapy water and brush to scrub the furniture. 3. Once he was done, he was packing to leave. He didn't reconnect my water hose and I had to ask him to put my potted plants back on my stairs.
