Serenity Properties Home Improvement (SPHI) is a small, family owned home improvement business serving residential and commercial customers throughout Connecticut. We founded our business to address the needs of homeowners and businesses alike that were unable to find competent, dependable and trustworthy service providers. As a family operated business, we believe that integrity, attention to detail, and quality are imperative to our success. Delays: Our Company would like for customers to be aware that as a Contractor, we are not held responsible for delays caused by acts of God, acts of the public enemy, fires, floods, earthquakes, changes in work orders, Owners subcontractors, nonpayment of progress payments, strikes, freight embargoes, bad weather, permits not issued in a timely manner, or other delays and any other contingencies unforeseen by the contractor or beyond the contractor's control.
