Introduction: The Media Arts Center offers professional, broadcast quality video editing services, for commercials, corporate communications and feature films. We can create or conform videos for the web, broadcast, and DCP’s for theatrical distribution. The Center also offers various post-production services including color correction, 5.1 sound mix creation, Closed Captioning, transcription, foreign language conversion (subtitling and/or voice-over), format conversion (tape to digital and digital to digital) time-coded proxy videos, scripting, DVD authoring/mastering, and package design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
The original Media Arts Center opened in New Haven in 1990 and has evolved and changed ownership over the years. It is now a 2,400 sq. ft facility in Orange, Connecticut featuring multiple editing suites and a green screen studio.
