FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want you to know exactly what you are paying for and why: this is why we always provide detailed quotes for each aspect of our projects. For customers doing ADA remodeling, we work with you to find grants or insurance coverage so that the least amount of money possible comes from your own pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Oftentimes the remodeling process can be pretty confusing, especially if it's a really big project. We start out by having a conversation about your goals for your house, both in terms of looks and functionality, and find the best way to do that within your budget. Once you decide what you want to do, we can take care of each aspect and make sure you understand exactly what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what the timeline looks like for project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed architects, professional engineers, and experienced designers sharing work on our team. For ADA remodeling, we bring in a licensed physical therapist to examine your space and your physical needs to make sure we catch every last detail for your unique situation.
