Introduction: I'm James, a digital communicator with a passion for creating simple, memorable, and unique logos that stand out and create a psychological connection with the target audience. As a marketer, I know how important a logo can be to a campaign. An effective logo is something that establishes a good first impression. Something that resonates with the target market and something that "sticks" in their minds. Your logo (and tagline) is the most important piece of your brand. It's the heuristic that people remember you by. It's what every piece of your marketing strategy extends from. Because of this, you should never overlook its importance. What I bring to the table is an unlimited stream of "outside-the-box" ideas and concepts. I love designing logos and thoroughly enjoy the process of taking on a new brand and finding a creative, and more importantly, effective way to represent them. If you're looking for someone to pump out 50 logos in a week, I'm not your man. My logos aren't something that can be replicated using clip art. My process takes time. I put in a ton of time and effort to understand the brand, the target market, and what you (the client) want. Anyone can make a bunch of meaningless, unoriginal symbols. Not everyone is willing to put in the time to research and understand the target market. I design my logos to create a gut feeling that draws the target market in and builds a psychological connection to them.
