- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
most of the time I schedule the job by $30/ hour I work very fast and effiectnly and dont take work I cant focus on .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to review the job request,to make sure that we both understand what work needs to be done. I like to come pout and review the site , to come up with a schedule and quality that suits the customer, I estimate the time and work by myself and give the customer an accurate price . each job has at least 3 different ways it can be done give from least expensive and invasive to most expensive and I give the customer a choice of which direction they want to go in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked managing large properties in north west Connecticut and upstate New York, I have worked with architects , and construction companies building new houses .I know many different trades from cabinet making to welding
