We had Advanced Home Remodeling and roofing install a new kitchen and basement. This is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This is the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They are trustworthy,and courteous and hard working crafsmen. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. You made my family happy and proud of our new kitchen and basement.

We were happy that Mark was willing to work with us on smaller projects, such as re-building basement steps and installing front porch stair railings. He will be installing an exterior door and re-building the frame shortly. Workmanship and understanding of his carpentry craft has been quite good and we will continue to work with him and his team on future projects, such as a re-build of a 2nd floor deck. Some of this work is actually a "clean-up" of shoddy work done by another - so we are able to directly see the difference when work is done by someone who knows his craft.

Set an appointment time, was not able to make first appointment due to emergency. Set a second appointment, appears to have arrived (big blue truck) and drove off without coming in did, claimed app loads too slow to communicate but was able to respond within 5 seconds of second message sent via the app. Don’t waste your time here.

Customer did not give any information that his was an apartment complex or any instructions on where to park or the proximity of their unit until I left. Didn’t have the customers phone number or any contact info other then this page. Customer sees my blue truck but doesn’t come out to instruct me where to park as everything is marked for tenants!?! Drove 50 minutes for nothing obviously the customer wasn’t to serious because they claim to see me but did nothing to gain my attention.
