Nothing short of spectacular in every way. Kevin and William answered all of my questions quickly, kindly, and thoughtfully, and truly delivered on the day of our big event. The cheeseboard was a stunning start to our twelve-person gathering. Following appetizers, their unique take on a Caesar salad was a crowd pleaser. The main course—surf and turf—was a real show stopper. Each filet was a precise medium-rare and the shrimp were flavorful and juicy. They arrived on time, served everything beautifully, and left my kitchen cleaner than we started! I wish they could cook for me and my family every day.
