Introduction: I love what I do. And I've been in your shoes. I've had the crazy puppy, I've had the unpredictable aggressive dog and I've built such beautiful bonds with my dogs and I want that for my clients. You're not just another client to me, I take care of all my clients personally and have also formed wonderful relationships over the years with clients. Is it wrong to say the dogs?! Don't get me wrong I love people but there is nothing compared to a furry bottom and a wet nose :0)

Dallas looks forward to working and seeing Jade. She is always positive with her approach and doesn't give negative comments! We love her classes which even with other dogs she manages to make time for each dog and owner. Love her!!!

Polite Paws is by far the best training program we have had (and we have tried many). Jade has a wonderful calm teaching style and puts humans and dogs at ease. She has a variety of classes for all levels of abilities and allows you to do what is comfortable for you and your dog. So glad I found her.

I have a sweet but high maintenance Goodendoodle. Jade's instruction for me was spot on. Plus Jade was easily able herself to handle Winnie. Jade is very skilled and she knows her stuff. I highly recommend her to all dog lovers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend seminars and conferences to continue to learn new techniques.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jade grew up with German Shepherds and Poodles and knew she wanted a career involving dogs. Earning a B.S. from the University of New Haven in Criminal Justice; her goal was to become a State Trooper and eventually a K9 handler for the state police. An injury prevented her from attaining that job and she found her love for training when rescuing her own dog Tazzy. Jade and her husband Geoff currently share their lives with Hunter, a Shiba Inu, and they are currently raising a German Shepherd puppy for Fidelco named Keira.
