I would not recommend hiring Jerome. We scheduled him to come out for a plumbing repair, and he never showed up. Under normal circumstances, a delay might be understandable, but this was not a routine situation. We have a disabled daughter, and having a working toilet is essential for her care. After he missed the scheduled time, I reached out and was told he was running late. I waited an additional two hours, but he still did not arrive. After multiple texts and calls, he eventually responded saying it was “too late” to come. I explained our situation and how urgent this repair was for our family, but after that, he stopped responding completely. This lack of communication and reliability, especially given the circumstances, was extremely disappointing and left us in a very difficult position.
