- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is FLAT fee pricing. NO hourly fees or hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start out with a 10-15 minute phone call to introduce myself to the client and to explain the basics of bankruptcy. At the same time, I can assess the urgency of the situation and plan accordingly to get the client’s bankruptcy filed as quickly as necessary. We then set down an in person appointment as soon as the next day. Day, evening and weekend appointments at my office, your home or some other location always available. Very flexible!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years experience practice in consumer bankruptcy law. Extensive coursework and continuing legal education in the area of consumer bankruptcy.
