Attorney Lodge responded to me very quickly to explain the entire process to me in detail. I had contacted a more expensive attorney that brushed off my concerns and questions, but Attorney Lodge addressed my questions in a personable, relatable manner, which put my mind much more at ease.
Per his request, I was able to gather all of the necessary documents very quickly and easily. Attorney Lodge offered several different times to meet with me, which helped me to work around my own hectic work schedule. He was able to meet me at his office only 6 miles from home, so that was quite convenient as well.
Begining the process was super easy, and I would say his professionalism, personality, and down-to-earth approach eased my nervous mind.
I would 100% recommend Attorney Lodge and, in fact, I recommended him to my father-in-law for additional legal services.

My wife Megan, was in some financial difficulty before we married. As a result dhe had to file bankruptcy. Tim was very professional and made the process very easy for her. It's never great being in a stressful situation like that but Tim lessened it to a degree and was with my wife through the entire process. He even petitioned the courts to allow her to pay her filing fee in installments which is something we were unaware she could do. Tim's fee was extremely reasonable and he didn't try to rip her off like other lawyers tried to. If you need a solid, professional attorney at a reasonable price, please hire Tim for your bankruptcy needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is FLAT fee pricing. NO hourly fees or hidden charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start out with a 10-15 minute phone call to introduce myself to the client and to explain the basics of bankruptcy. At the same time, I can assess the urgency of the situation and plan accordingly to get the client’s bankruptcy filed as quickly as necessary. We then set down an in person appointment as soon as the next day. Day, evening and weekend appointments at my office, your home or some other location always available. Very flexible!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years experience practice in consumer bankruptcy law. Extensive coursework and continuing legal education in the area of consumer bankruptcy.
