Introduction: Amer*I*Can Educational Consulting Services, LLC offers independent guidance counseling to students from grades 7 through adult. We specialize in college admissions counseling, career counseling, academic counseling, and personal/social counseling as they relate to academic success. Students are guided through resume writing, college selections, scholarship searches, college applications, and interview preparation. In addition, we critique students' personal statements and offer math tutoring for SAT preparation. Students are also assisted with utilizing methods and systems to keep the multitude of responsibilities on task and organized during the often overwhelming junior and senior years of high school. We work with students as early as 7th grade in building complete academic portfolios for ultimate success in both character development and college admissions. We have expertise in working with college-bound students with disabilities and college-bound student athletes. In addition, we also offer ESL/TOEFL tutoring/classes and parental advice as well as student advocacy services to families involved with IEP/504 meetings.
