The Pro used a drone to show the exact condition of the chimney from top to bottom. He preformed the repair and cleaning swiftly, as well as educated me on healthy fireplace/chimney care. I will continue to use Fireplace and Chimney Experts for maintenance.

I contacted this company from the list of pros I received. I tried to reach out to 3 other pros and left messages. Chimney Expert was the first to answer my call, answered all my questions, have the earliest available date & the best price. On the work day, my tech Chris arrived on time, was friendly, respectful of my property and home. He didn’t a wonderful job cleaning my fireplace and no mess on my floor.
