Introduction: We specialize in 1:1 personal training as well as Small Group Training with the Omnia 8. We provide functional training that only we can do with the equipment since we are the only facility in the State with the TechnoGym Omnia 8 equipment. We have an RN and Advance Clinical Weight Loss Practitioners on staff. Helping people realize how strong they are physically and mentally. Seeing people through to a better version of themselves through proper nutrition, behavioral changes and of course physical training.
