Thomas was amazing! It is clear to see that he has built hundreds of backyard playscapes. He was extremely organized, patient and methodical. His professional fees are extremely competitive. He assembled the Backyard Discovery Tanglewood set in less than 4 hours. It would have taken me days. Thank you Thomas, you made 2 kids and their parents very happy.

Thomas assembled our son’s new swingset/playset that he got for Christmas. Thomas was very responsive when I reached out to him and he had availability that same weekend. We agreed on a time and price and Thomas arrived on time and with all the supplies he needed to complete the job in a matter of hours. This was also during early January in cold temperatures. Thomas has built so many of these that he knows all the potential quirks and is prepared for them. We appreciate your work and commitment to quality. We would definitely work with Thomas again without looking elsewhere.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How long takes to build the item or if you have many pieces to build the price will drop for all day projects . Playscape just need to know the name of the playscape to give a quote. I work for 4 Assembly company as Ind. Contractor and I know how much they overcharge and will do the job way cheaper if you go Thur me . No brainer . Lol.
