I honestly cannot say enough good things about RSF Enterprises. The finished flooring looks absolutely beautiful, but the real magic is what you cannot see in the photos, which is the work they did underneath in the basement.
Before any work even began, it was very clear from the basement that there was extreme termite damage, significant dry rot, and even signs of a possible fire beneath the floorboards. They addressed all of it thoroughly, replacing the subflooring and repairing or reinforcing eight different joists to make the space safe and structurally sound again.
I bought this house just a few months ago, and this room was the one room that I did not feel comfortable using at all. The flooring was in such poor condition that I would not put furniture in it (scared it would break the floor) or use the space in any meaningful way. Now, the transformation is incredible. I still cannot believe how beautiful and solid the floor turned out.
The team was professional, on time, extremely communicative, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. I am very grateful for their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a team that truly cares about doing things right

Steve responded quickly and came out for an estimate in no time at all. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and takes his work seriously. He walked me through the work that he would be completing and provided a very detailed quote via email.
Steve and his associate replaced a support column in my basement and even noticed that 2 others needed to be bolted in place. He took care of that as well.
I highly recommend and will be reaching out to him for more work in the future.

we offer 10% discounts on all work for educators and Healthcare employees. we offer a 15% Discount to active and retired military personnel.

we usually set up an appointment or have photos sent to us to evaluate. we talk about what needs to be done and how to achieve that in the most economical way.
