This company just put in a new kitchen floor for me. I would hire them again in a minute. Sometimes, things don’t go as planned and I like to hire service providers that will work with me to problem solve issues that arise. That is exactly what Don did here and to me, that says more about a company than anything else and I would caution people to stay away from a company that pretends all is always perfect. That’s just not realistic. The end result is my floor looks amazing and I would hire Don and his team again without question.

I had Don come out and finish a project that was a sore subject in my house. After getting ‘stuck’ from a ‘friend’ who did carpet, I was left with an unfinished carpet job for almost 2 years. I sent a message for Floor Coverings International in Manchester to call me, and I have never seen a quicker response!!! Literally within a minute, my phone rang and it was Don, asking how he can help me. I explained the issue, and a couple days later, it was all resolved and the job was done. They did a great job (thanks to Greg as well), and did everything needed, and cleaned up after. I am so excited to finally have my carpet done, and wish i called sooner!!! I highly recommend Don and these guys for your flooring needs. I will certainly use them again!!! Thanks again!!!
