Nija is very knowledgeable about health and wellness. Nija is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about promoting good physical health and safe training. I came to him with a shoulder injury and he showed me tons of research-backed movements to help with stability & strength. Nija is also super positive and great to work with!

I worked with Nija for a few years before unfortunately having to move. He is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. He definitely keeps things interesting with a variety of different workouts geared to individual improvement. I found a love for boxing with Nija and still use it as a cardio exercise.
If I hadn't moved states, I would still be working with Nija today. His knowledge, patience, and skills make him a fantastic trainer and I do not have enough good things to say!
