I was very impressed with Nija!! He was able to tailor the exercises to meet my needs and at my pace while giving me a meaningful workout. He is delightful to work with, always arrived on time and ready to go; the workouts were varied and even included boxing which was really fun and certainly challenged my coordination! I always felt like Nija tailored my workouts to my ability but always added an extra push to challenge me at a rate I could handle. Highly recommend!

Nija is very knowledgeable about health and wellness. He has helped me become stronger with lifting, helped correct my techniques and has taught me everything i know about powerlifting and strength training. He is professional, always on time and has great energy. I would definitely recommend him for personal training and health and wellness coaching!
