Angelita and her team did great job! The only thing I will complain is that she cleaned the house so hard such that the glue for the shower door and countertop got wiped off. I will let them know next time they come back:)

I wanted to have my apartment cleaned as a gift to myself for my birthday. Angelita was on time and very friendly and professional. She cleaned EVERYTHING from top to bottom!!!! My floors look amazing again, and she even changed my sheets and made the bed! She was very thorough, and did not take long at ALL. Me, my boyfriend and my cat were very pleased, and can't wait to hire Angelita again (which probably won't be for awhile because she did such an amazing job the first time)!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a first time Deep cleaning for the first time of course and as we continue with regular cleaning a basic cleaning on forward . For the common aéreas dust, vacuum and mop and bathrooms scrub down tub or shower toilets and sink and mop the floor and last kitchen scrub everything move appliances to clean counters inside microwave stove top cabinets from outside vacuum and mop kitchen floors !

Everything that the client desires ! Basic cleaning or deep cleaning, common areas, deck , outside , basement, " spring cleaning" , windows etc.
