I am a straight shooter when it comes to working with my customers needs. I base my prices on the number of rooms you would like cleaned and the LEVEL OF DETAILED OF CLEANING
I supply my own equipment and cleaning supplies.

We loved working with Ken's House & Business Cleaning Service and are so happy with the end result. He is conscientious, honest, and incredibly hard-working. I hired him to help me clean out and reorganize the garage, and he did all of that -- and more. Just be aware that if you hire him, he is going to start IMMEDIATELY. I had initially wanted maybe a week or so to review the contents of the garage and decide what to keep versus what to throw in the garbage. Turns out Ken was starting that very minute, and despite the fact I wasn't initially prepared to make decisions on-the-fly, he was incredibly fast at bringing items to my attention for review. Yet, he was patient and never made me feel rushed, but at the same time he moved so quickly and efficiently that it was pretty easy for me to feel relaxed while deciding what to keep versus what to toss out. He also carried a bunch of items from the garage down to the cellar for me and reorganized a good chunk of the cellar too, simply to make it seem "empty" even though he'd just brought in a bunch more things at my request. Really good experience with this very nice and VERY industrious man.

He did a great job. My house got some iron problem before. He cleaned all the red stains out of the bathtubs and sinks. Definitely gonna hire him next time.

Upon Talking to ken he was very nice and very persistent in returning my phone calls promptly. Hit the sounded very kind and trustworthy on the phone, an older gentleman so I left the door open for him when I had to leave. I have asked that he clean my garage that had a million Amazon boxes And other crap I was kind of embarrassed about When I got home he was hard working freezing outside breaking down about 50 boxes For about 5 hours with a smile on his face and a great attitude, I can't put into words what a nice man he was!!! Ken was very friendly, personable and did an excellent job. He went over everything he planned to clean ahead of time and made sure I was ok with it. He got all the marks off my stove drip pans which I had been trying to do for awhile and nothing worked. He's great and I highly recommend him. He didn't leave until checking with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work, and I was.

Besides being good at his job, he's a great guy! We have five furry, shedding pets. He was great at removing all the fur balls, dust...cleaned quickly and thoroughly and threw in some jokes! Highly recommend!
