FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give competitive quotes and there are always specials being promoted during certain times of the year. It is very difficult to bid on jobs without seeing it in person so on site estimates are best for both consumer and contractor. And our estimates are FREE!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet at the job site for an estimate. We like to give the customer end of day updates as to our progress and if we have uncovered anything important ie wood rot, mold. Once the job is complete we will do a full walk around with the customer making sure we do any touch-ups that they may see with fresher eyes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Central Connecticut State University with a focus on accounting. This has helped me out drastically to provide the lowest prices possible to the consumer. My father is a master DIY guy and growing up I would always be helping him with a project. There was nothing more satisfying than turning nothing into something amazing.
