- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
well as far as the pricing goes I always give my pricing once I get there depending on the job too I mean if it's offense job you know I have to go through my pros that I deal with as far as my suppliers to get pricing because it's pandemic a lot of prices have changed believe it or not year to year last year prices are different than this year's prices so I usually know within that week of the job or if not sooner depending on how elaborate the job is
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well I set up a time when I can go see your customer and we go over the project I get all the pricing from the for the customer once a customer is happy with the pricing then we signed a contract and then we go forward with a date of when we can start the project
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing this on and off part-time for well over 20 years and finally 10 years ago I decided that hey I should try to do this full time I really like the work that I've done for customers and the customers really like to work that I've done for them and it a lot of customers said to me why don't you do this full time and I decided to go for it full-time
