- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent and competitive pricing based on the size of the job and the type of service needed. Some services are priced by the job and others by the hour. We also offer discounts for recurring cleaning services. Additional fees may apply for heavy items, stairs, large cleanouts, or special disposal requirements. We always communicate pricing clearly before starting the job so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us, we first ask a few questions about the job to understand their needs. Depending on the project, we may ask for photos or additional details so we can provide an accurate estimate. Once the price and schedule are confirmed, we arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work providing cleaning, junk removal, and moving assistance services. Over time we have developed efficient systems to complete jobs safely, carefully handle customers’ belongings, and maintain high cleaning standards.
