I hired Caprice to build my IKEA wardrobe (and haul away my old dresser), and she was AWESOME! She was great with communication before and during the project, and was flexible for scheduling. Caprice was very respectful of my home and really pleasant to chat with! She checked with me several times while building to ask how/where I wanted things placed (ex: drawers). What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always make sure I communicate and keep the customer updated on any changes or delays to make sure they are ok with any arrangements made for an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Carpentry school when I was 19 so I helped build habitat for humanity houses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Love working with my hands! I aways took things apart to see if I could reassemble them.
