I have the unique opportunity to train a diverse population of clients. Responsible for keeping approximately 100 uniformed firefighters in shape and strong enough to do their job. I also can relate that experience to the average person just looking to get in shape and look great. It's a unique position to be in and I take it very seriously. Seeing clients transform their bodies and feeding on that motivation to make themselves stronger, and in overall better health. It becomes a habit to make good decisions and push themselves even when it's hard.
