I had a bathroom leak on a Sunday and reached out looking for plumbing support using the app. Martin responded immediately and when I asked if they could come out on Monday, the reply was yes at 8 am. This removed a lot of stress for me and he showed up as planned. He reviewed what I needed done and I also added in some other items. Martin called me with an overview and estimate before moving forward. Very professional and helpful. I will use them again!

Sophisticated Rooter Service sent out two technicians to diagnose the source of a leak I had and to provide an estimate. The techs called me when they were on their way and showed up right on time. Even though it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, the technicians were understanding and professional. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

They were awesome! Came over the next day, admitted that there were things they weren’t sure about, fixed a lot, put in a lot of time and effort and gave us next steps for people to call for a long-term solution to our problem. They told us up front how much everything would be. Very reasonable and highly recommend!
