- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CORPORATE / INDUSTRIAL / EDUCATION / DOCUMENTARY Videography and photography are $300 per hour. WEDDINGS Bronze Wedding Package $900 - 3 hours of videography - Edited Ceremony video with two cameras coverage and lapel microphone 3-5 minute Highlight Video - Highlights video and Ceremony video upload to web viewing & download via Google Drive. Once the customer is satisfied with the video product, and any changes have made, the USB flash drive will be mailed out within 4-6 weeks of the wedding. The basic and bronze packages are downloadable via Google Drive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing you should do is look at the samples on my website or on Thumbtack portal and decide if you like the types of videos I make. I can switch things up a bit if you need something different, but if you like what you see, lets connect and discuss your video. Secondly, you need to look at pricing. There's a price list on my website and on Thumbtack for wedding video. Other videos are a bit different, depending on the length of time I'd be filming for and the editing duration.
