- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Yoga Programs are individualized and tailored to each student. These programs can be highly therapeutic. For example, when developing a sequence for a private client with lower back pain, I tailor a sequence of poses to their ability and level of practice, so the client will work to strengthen and lengthen their spine and build core strength, which provides extra support for the back. In this way, the student is able to gain awareness of their own body and how to work with it to reduce the their pain level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 15 minute Introductory Call. This is done will all my new clients. It gives us a chance to learn a little bit about each other and to schedule a Complimentary Introduction Session. Choosing a yoga instructor to work with for private lessons is a personal relationship. The intro call and session gives us a chance to see if we are a good match.
