We had the pleasure of working with Mark Troiano from CJT Development to build our custom new house. He is everything you would want in your contractor. He made great suggestions and helped keep us stay within our budget. When we met with him to go over out blueprints he came back with ways we could save money and not lose the integrity of our dream home. He did an amazing job sticking to the time table that we discussed previous to starting our build.
Mark does an amazing job of explaining the process of everything and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire project. He was always available to answer our questions whether it be in person, on the phone, text or email.
Mark was always willing to help out where ever it was needed. He is hard working and honest and works with quality subcontractors. Our house came out beautiful and the quality is amazing. I would highly recommend Mark to do any project, and would hire him again in the

We truly enjoyed having CJT Development do a job for us, once he was done with the first job we decided to hired them for 2-3 more jobs that we were looking to do. We were very pleased with the work quality, we had a trench dug for outside lighting and after CJT was done he actually left the yard nicer than it was before. CJT prices were reasonable to say the least and it was worth every penny. Super excited to have them come back and start on our deck. We finally found a great company to help us check things off my "honey do list", and my husband is very willing to let them take his list from him...Thanks again CJT Development!

We needed a stair railing and balusters installed and they came out great! They were able to come out the next day and were there on time. He did an amazing job, cleaned up after himself, and was a very nice guy! I would definitely recommend using CJT!

We will meet and discuss your project. We then will figure out a price and a timeline to complete your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a general contractor who I learned the trade from. I have done everything from excavation, framing, trim work and commercial work. There's nothing we can't handle.
