About this pro
Modern Self-Defense has been offering private lessons, group classes, and seminars & workshops in Self-Defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & No-Gi Grappling, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Boxe Francaise Savate French Kickboxing, and other Martial Arts to the Middletown, Connecticut area since 2002. Dedicated to finding the most effective approaches to training in the world, Chris Martell has devoted his life to sharing these methods with anyone who wants to improve their personal safety. Chris is also the author of the book "Knack: Self-Defense for Women", published in 2011 and available at bookstores everywhere. Join us for safe, friendly, and highly effective training today! I'm thrilled to share the benefits of healthy, pro-social methods of self-protection and personal safety with the members of my community. Whether I work with a student only 1 time, or regularly for years and years, I'm committed to making sure that they're a little bit safer (and a little bit healthier) each time we finish. Please feel welcome to reach out and tell me how I can be of service to you.
