FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is nothing complicated about our prices. We try to keep costs at a minimum. However, we are obligated by State regulations to provide the required research, office analysis and appropriate field work to complete a survey. All our work will hold up to scrutiny from third-parties. Our work is useful and valuable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the client accepts our proposal, we then inform the client by email or phone when we be out to perform the work. We keep our clients informed as the work progresses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our managers have some college training, regardless, PHI's principal trains each new manager to assure that both PHI and State standards are incorporated into their work. PHI's training process is extensive and takes more than 2-years before a new employee is allowed autonomous problem solving. PHI's principal reviews all critical decisions as part of our quality control program.
