Mike and his crew were absolutely professional and perfect in every phase of our land survey. I could be happier with our experience!Oct 19, 2017Verified
We're still in the process of surveying my land I will get back to you. ThanksApr 12, 2015Verified
The town we are working in has ridiculous requirements for new construction surveys. Mike met all the requirements promptly and was more reasonably priced than the competition. For a reasonable fee, he also provided a soil letter on request to satisfy the town.Feb 6, 2018Verified
Home survey for an addition. Got it done on schedule and worked with Town Hall to be sure everything is correct. Good communication with me.Sep 24, 2016Verified
EXCELLENT ! Very Orofessional. I am the owner of the property at 12 Sue Terr, Westport, CT. Very pleased to have hired Team PHI Engineering to survey and mark the aforesaid property lines. Here is why I recommend this company; 1) They scheduled me right away. 2) They emailed me a proposal ( offer) including a reasonable quote. 3) I only had to reply to the email with a " yes" . ( Ex; Did not have to find a printer, print the offer, sign it and send it back to them ...). 4) They did not require a deposit / any payment in advance. You pay once the job is completed. Mike Phipps and his team have come well prepared ( equipped with the necessary technology and physical tools as well as information relevant to the property survey. They performed professionally. I thank PHI Engineering and strongly recommend their service.Mar 31, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is nothing complicated about our prices. We try to keep costs at a minimum. However, we are obligated by State regulations to provide the required research, office analysis and appropriate field work to complete a survey. All our work will hold up to scrutiny from third-parties. Our work is useful and valuable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After the client accepts our proposal, we then inform the client by email or phone when we be out to perform the work. We keep our clients informed as the work progresses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All of our managers have some college training, regardless, PHI's principal trains each new manager to assure that both PHI and State standards are incorporated into their work. PHI's training process is extensive and takes more than 2-years before a new employee is allowed autonomous problem solving. PHI's principal reviews all critical decisions as part of our quality control program.
