Patrick was an excellent communicator always texting updates and scheduling. He was able to react effectively to any changes we requested. We are so thrilled with the transformation he made to our decks by adding new stairs and staining them so they now look brand new and not 30 years old!!

I would highly recommend Property Revival Patrick came and gave me a reasonable price for painting exterior of home. I also had Deck painted as well. His crew came everyday on time and did a wonderful job. If I had any questions for Patrick I could call him or text him and he would respond Immediately. He is very personable individual and very easy to talk to. I would hire this company again.
