My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Win Smith III when we purchased our home a few weeks ago. He was extremely responsive despite being very busy with other clients and answered all my questions (even if some were silly). I truly felt that I was working with someone who had all the time for my needs. The pricing is very reasonable. When it came time to signing all the closing paperwork, he explained everything in “human terms” as to not overwhelm us and made a scary lengthy process pleasant. 11/10 would highly recommend!!! :)
