I hired Chef Joshua last minute to surprise my boyfriend for his 50th birthday breakfast, and he absolutely delivered! Not only did he make it happen on short notice, but the entire breakfast was phenomenal. He customized the menu to include all of my boyfriend’s favorites and even added a signature cocktail to top it off. Chef Joshua’s warm and engaging personality made the whole experience feel personal, fun, and intimate—exactly what I was hoping for. The food was incredible, and my boyfriend loved it so much that he’s already rehired Chef Joshua to cater an upcoming client event. Thank you, Chef Joshua, for making such a special occasion unforgettable!

To say Chef Josh Delivered is an understatement. From initial inquiry to the end of the evening, everything was exceptional. - Chef Josh responded quickly and he and chef Ryan helped me create the perfect menu for my husband’s birthday. - He even provided wine pairing recommendations. - He showed up on time and went right to work. The efficiency was amazing. - The conversation throughout the night was top tier and really made the experience even better. - THE FOOD! THE FOOD! THE FOOD! smelled amazing, tasted even better, and was plated beautifully. He even brought extra goodies we weren’t expecting. Every course was fantastic. - He left our kitchen looking spotless and even ran the dishwasher. A+ experience and we definitely plan on using his services again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price per person is the real cost of the entire event. I make it easy to budget and there are no added fees or surprises when it comes to working with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when dealing with a new customer is to learn everything I can about dietary restrictions, health concerns and allergies that way me and and the customer are on the right page. I've been a Manager of restaurants for 8 years I know how to give great customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Culinary and Wine Institute at Carolina learning how to cook , serve, and teach cooking skills. I'm Serv-Safe trained and have 13 years of cooking experience in the real world.
