This was the perfect surprise for a cousins reunion. Josh was the ultimate professional. The menu had several different options. Josh and Lewis his sou chef both introduced themselves to all the guests. The food was amazingly delicious and presented beautifully. I would recommend Josh for any intimate event you would have.

Chef Josh did an incredible job for my husband’s birthday. He arrived on time (actually early, which was nice), engaged in great conversation, and was fantastic with our two dogs and cat. He walked us through how he made everything, which added a wonderful touch to the experience. And to top it all off, the food was phenomenal! We even had leftovers. It was such a special birthday celebration. Please note, the photos don’t do the food justice (I’m not the best photographer)! A+++ food!

Chef Josh was excellent to work with from start to finish. He responded promptly to my initial request, was very professional when discussing my needs and the associated costs, and was great with corresponding about the final event. My husband and I hired him to cook a private dinner for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at their home. My parents’ raved about how wonderful everything was (set up, food plating/taste, clean up). Would highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price per person is the real cost of the entire event. I make it easy to budget and there are no added fees or surprises when it comes to working with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when dealing with a new customer is to learn everything I can about dietary restrictions, health concerns and allergies that way me and and the customer are on the right page. I've been a Manager of restaurants for 8 years I know how to give great customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Culinary and Wine Institute at Carolina learning how to cook , serve, and teach cooking skills. I'm Serv-Safe trained and have 13 years of cooking experience in the real world.
