- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is our top priority, we value their time and patience. As Graphic design is a work of applied art and it needs deep thinking. So we send customers a questionnaire to fill up which asks very direct and necessary questions to understand the customer and their project. Also, try to meet the customer in person to start a good relationship. Once we have all the needed inputs, we process it and come up with first design draft and share it with customer for feedback. Feedback is very important to us and we work together with customer to tailor out and create the right design. We offer design revisions if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification is Digital and Graphic Design from Parsons The New School for Design(2014) Certification in Basic Web Coding and Responsive Web Design from Coursera(2015) Certificate in User Experience Design from University of California San Diego through Coursera(2016-17). Still Enrolled in this program Masters Degree in Business Management
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being a creative, curious, enthusiastic person with background in business I always wanted to be in a field where my creative talent can be expressed in the best manner. Graphic / Web Design gives me the right platform to express myself.
