- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing. The materials cost what they cost. I show the client the invoice and do not mark it up. My labor is fixed. And , I usually drive to their site.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Change Motherboards, monitors, hard drives, recover lost data, restore hard drives and optimize performance. Then I teach them how to keep it that way.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's not all about price! Make sure you know what you are getting and how much it's going to cost upfront. Google parts prices for themselves, to ensure they are not over paying.
