Great experience, great outcome, great communication. Brandon and John our main contact were extremely responsive and helpful. We started with one project (tile flooring replacement in 2 rooms) and moved on adding more rooms (walls, fireplace and flooring) including a full bathroom renovation. Jamie is truly a master carpenter

For U Builders replaced 7 basement windows for us. The introduction/quote visit was excellent. Really nice folks! Follow up was good. Brandon stayed on top of our order and kept us informed. Install was great. Leon tailored the trim to the space so it wasn't a "one size fits all" install. Very much appreciate that - and they were done earlier in the day than we expected. This would be a 5 star review if the time between the initial appointment and the installation hadn't been over 6 weeks. We understand the windows come from PA, and there was the Thanksgiving holiday in there, but that's twice as long as unexpected/were told.

Fall through Christmas is our busiest time of the year for windows. Sometimes it is better to wait for the best product than to get a slapped together one that will fail and cause problems for the homeowner and ourselves. We pride ourselves on giving competitive pricing and the best products installed by professionals. Our name say what we believe. We are truly For U... These windows I can stand behind and know they will be doing their job for the next 5 decades. They are not off the shelf windows... They are welded and foam filled sash and frames. Double strength glass. Custom sized. Heavy duty screens... Taking a little longer for the right product is in our opinion worth the wait. ...Also Thanksgiving Holiday was an added delay. We apologise for it taking a little longer to get the windows in, but the install was one day and came out beautifully. Great product, Great installation at a Great price. For U Builders replaced 14 windows in my entire house. Leon and his team began work in the morning and didn’t stop until the project was completed by the end of the day. They did an excellent job. I was extremely impress and would highly recommend them for another project.
