J&N Event Coordinators

We do the following: * Coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events * Book talents if needed such as music and food services * Tailor consultations to individual goals and needs * Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met * Use project management skills to coordinate internal and external resources * Work with clients to take concepts, from start to finish * Provide individual hair and makeup consultations/services (bridal events) * Maintain a strong knowledge of current and emerging products and trends * Handle client scheduling, billing, bookkeeping, purchasing, and inventory
