I offer client focused, positive, holistic and relevant therapy. I have been a social worker for over 25 years and am trained in EMDR, IFS and CBT. We will work together to focus on strengths and increase hope while creating solutions to life’s challenges. I am EMDR trained, utilize IFS model and trauma focused perspective to bring clarity and offer healing. My approach offers options to enhance resilience and strength in order to make the necessary changes to allow for increased contentment in day to day life.
