Jeanine was most amazing. I couldn't possibly say enough, A+, exceeds expectations, singing her praises etc. She really listened to what I was looking for and got to know my cooking goals. She provided the perfect choices of recipes. She spoke about basics like knife skills and big picture ideas like altering and combining recipes and ingredients to make unique dishes and weekly meal planning. I plan to do another class with her soon!

My husband Charlie asked Jeanine to do a surprise party for me. He and I have very different tastes and she worked with him to understand what I would really love. I am a gal who enjoys yummy picky food. The charcuterie board was amazing, and just looked so lovely. I loved the variety of Italian meats, fresh figs, nuts, cheeses, dried fruits, baguette and crackers. She also made a separate cold lobster platter...it was so fabulous, not to mention the wine selection. Her Bolognese for the entree was amazing! And she is really flexible and fun. Cheers!!
