FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Avoid those who charge an hourly rate. Don't settle for less than flat rates on services done at a service provider's location. Hourly rates for on site services (services provided at your home or business) are the norm. Avoid any provider who charges too little for on site services. Hourly rates must cover expenses, advertising, travel, etc. If a tech is charging $20 an hour to work at your place, you must ask yourself why it is so cheap. If you don't question it now, you will find out why firsthand. Ask your technician to provide business references, such as business owners or managers who can vouch for his or her work. If a tech has no business clients, do you really want to trust them with your PC?
