Zach was fantastic all the way through the process, from his immediate response, willingness to give me a ballpark price during our initial discussion, and communicated everything perfectly. He was able to fix my plumbing issues quickly, explained everything he did in a way that was easy for me to understand, and gave me a variety of options for solutions. He even took a look at the rest of the plumbing in my new house to make sure there was nothing else critically important to address. Not pushy at all, and we will absolutely hire him again next time we need plumbing service!

We submitted for a plumbing / drainage issue. Zach from CT Drain Service Llc responded very quickly. I provided my cell phone number and he contacted us very quickly. I briefly explained our issue & he said it sounded like he could definitely help us. We agreed on a time and was actually the same day.
Zach quickly identified the problem. He is great at explaining what needed to be done & why.
His workmanship is phenomenal. He is very neat. He was able to unclog & clean out 2 shower drains as well as a sink.
Great communication and an extremely reasonable price.
We highly recommend Zach snd CT Drain Service.

Connected with Zack on Friday night and he came Saturday am. He fixed the block in the sink drain and even used a sheet and wore shoe covers to keep my floor clean. He was very professional and the cost of the fix was very reasonable compared to all others plumbers ranging from $100-$250. It was just a block in the drain pipe.

Zack at CT Drain Service LLC was phenomenal! I highly recommend him and this company. He quickly responded to my request for service and was able to come out the next day to address our plumbing needs. He was diligent and performed several tests to try to fix our issue. After showing me the problem, he determined the toilet needed to be replaced. I hired him to perform that service, too. He went above and beyond the entire time.
